Paul Shearer
Paul is an independent writer, presenter and journalist who specialises in property. He wrote on residential property for both the FT, House and Home, and The Times, Bricks and Mortar. Paul currently hosts a weekly podcast for APW, a company that advises expats on buying residential property in the UK. On commercial property, Paul has worked on many videos, white papers and podcasts for commercial property consultants GVA, Capita and IPSX, a securities exchange for commercial property. Recent work for GLP and GCP has centred on all aspects of logistics through presenting livestream broadcasts, podcasts and videos.
Natali Cooper
Real estate executive with over 20 years of real estate experience in managing investments. Strong track record in acquisitions across all Real Estate sectors in Europe. Extensive expertise in managing cross-border real estate investments, creation of de novo operating entities, delivery of strategic asset management plans, sourcing financings and capital. Extensive experience in fund management, investment management and asset management. In her current role, Natali is Head of Asset Management and ESG – Europe at GLP. She leads on formulating asset management and ESG policies and implementation of the strategies.
Justin Hildebrandt
Justin serves as Senior Managing Director, Head of Europe, for Affinius Capital (fka USAA Real Estate) where he oversees its European operations and investments, splitting his time between London and Amsterdam. Justin is also actively involved with Mountpark, Affinius Capital’s pan-European logistics development company. Furthermore, Justin leads Affinius’s growing real estate investment activities in European purpose-built rental housing, data centers, film and sound studios, and credit. Justin is passionate about the intersections of technology and real estate, innovation in design, and creating positive results for investors and the people and communities in which he invests.
Catriona Fraser
Director, Catriona Fraser specialises in providing strategic planning advice at Turley, primarily focused on the industrial and logistics as well as residential sectors. Catriona’s work is notable for embracing innovative approaches to overcome urban development challenges, including through strategies such as co-location. She has been involved in a broad range of developments across varied sizes and scales, including purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), co-living, residential-led mixed-use developments, industrial and logistics, within and outside of London. Catriona sits as Chair of the New London Architecture (NLA) Industrial & Logistics Panel, where she shares insights and steers best practice into the development, sustainability and planning of urban logistics in the capital.

Thierry is Founder and former Head of the Global Risk Network at the World Economic Forum, a network that brings together top opinion and policymakers, CEOs and academics to look at how global issues will affect business and society in the short and long term.

Robert Guest is Deputy Editor of The Economist, arguably the most influential news magazine in the world. He travels constantly around the world and speaks regularly to CEOs and entrepreneurs in all industries. He is a witty and entertaining speaker, who simplifies complex subjects and spices up his presentations with jokes and first-hand anecdotes.
He is regularly asked to chair conferences or give keynote speeches. Few other speakers can give such a vivid, up-to-date or global perspective on business and politics. Mr Guest has reported from more than 90 countries and lived in six. He has won numerous awards.
As The Economist’s Deputy Editor, Robert helps oversee all the magazine’s coverage of current affairs, from geopolitics to global economics. His previous roles include Foreign Editor, United States Editor and Business Editor.
Sally Bruer
Head of EMEA Logistics & Industrial Research & Insight, Cushman & Wakefield
Sally has over 20 years’ experience as an analyst specialising in industrial and logistics commercial property research and analysis. Sally leads Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA insight for logistics & industrial property and has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of property market dynamics along with broader economic and sectoral trends and drivers affecting occupiers, developers and investors. She is highly experienced in market data management, analysis and reporting and regularly presents at industry events and to clients.
From 2017 to 2019, Sally was Head of Research at fund manager Tritax Management, where she was responsible for research and analysis and assisting with implementing fund management investment strategy and key reporting. From 2005 to 2017, Sally was Partner & Head of Industrial Research at Gerald Eve, responsible for extensive research and analysis including detailed research on market dynamics and performance indicators. From 2002 to 2005, Sally was a research analyst at DTZ where she specialised in occupier research, with specific focus on logistics and industrial property. Prior to that, she was a research analyst at investment bank Goldman Sachs, working in corporate and sectoral research.
Sally is a member of the Investment Property Forum, Industrial Agents Society and Society of Property Researchers.
Kevin Mofid
Director in the Savills Research
Kevin is a Director in the Savills Research covering all aspects of commercial occupational and investment markets but with a specific focus on industrial and logistics markets. Kevin co-ordinates market data collection across the UK ands the periodical Big Shed Briefing reports.
He specialises in topic and trend based research by applying “real life” issues to logistics and industrial property. Key examples being a landmark study into the real estate implications of the growing waste management and recycling industry and the landmark Warehouse of the Future Report.
Kevin regularly presents at industry events and has appeared at The Estates Gazette European Distribution Summit, the Retail Week Supply Chain Summit, Warehousing Futures and other events for the IPF, IPD and the CPD Foundation
Kevin is a member of Industrial Agents Society, CILT, IPF and Past Chair of the Society of Property Researchers.

Ben is an experienced property professional having worked on both the principal and advisory side of the commercial property markets leading teams in the UK, Europe and globally. He has a deep knowledge of fund & asset management and investment & development management. Ben has managed equity and debt funds and sought to develop and attract new business opportunities globally through mergers and acquisitions.
Ben has managed real estate assets full circle from acquisition to disposal, having executed business plans from asset origination, development and midway through their investment cycle in distressed and special situations. Ben is experienced across all asset sectors, with a specialisation in Logistics & Light Industrial and has been involved in capital transactions at the property level in excess of a billion euros and managed sizeable real estate funds and teams.
Charles Pease
GXO Logistics, Head Of Real Estate Europe
With 30 years’ international experience in the real estate logistics and industrial sector, Charles Pease has substantial occupational and business experience.
Prior to joining GXO, formerly part of XPO Logistics, which is now the world’s largest pure play contract logistics provider, Charles worked at several Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 corporates including SEGRO PLC, General Electric and Walt Disney. He now oversees all of GXO’s real estate matters in Europe which comprises 578 locations in 15 countries and a portfolio totalling 10 million square metres supported by a team of ten real estate professionals.

Several years with Maersk in various positions within the Corporate Real Estate team and bringing the experience from a client perspective.
Maersk has since the announcement of our Integrator Strategy in 2018, been going through a huge transformation from a conglomerate to become an integrated transport and logistics company which has triggered a significant focus on growing the industrial and logistics portfolio across the globe.
